With the help of Facebook Pixel, Facebook has the ability to define visitors to our Website as a target group for displaying advertisements on Facebook and other platforms owned by the company (Instagram, Messenger, Whatsapp, etc.). However, this collected data is anonymous to us and we are not provided with any information about the identity of the users. When we collect information about you When you simply visit our Site, you do not need to disclose any personal information.

In order to remain true to our overall mission and the strategies supporting it, we need to evaluate and possibly promote the results of each project.

Who do we share your LD with?
We are committed to applying the highest standards of ethical and legal practices in all our activities, including with regard to the protection of the personal data of all users of the Website. Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) You may request that your personal data (PD) be erased in specific circumstances: (1) the PD is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, (2) the consent to processing on which the processing of the PD is based has been withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for the continued processing, (3) the processing is unlawful, or (4) the PD must be erased in compliance with a legal obligation to which the foundation is subject. This right of yours is not absolute and we may not comply with your request to the extent that the processing is necessary for other purposes, including where the processing of your data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, etc.

Right to restriction of processing You may request that the processing of your personal data be restricted if (1) you believe that your personal data are inaccurate so that we can verify their accuracy, or (2) you believe that the processing is unlawful but you do not want the data to be erased, or (3) you have objected to the processing of the data for the purposes of our legitimate interests, or (4) you believe that we no longer need your personal data, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
